Larry Shaffer Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 Snapshots display as a gray field, no image. Host is Dell PC with Win8 and Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 with appropriate driver and application (working correctly). Handheld is iPhone 4s with IOS6. Wont display on webpage or Metro App either. Both Screen and WebCam options are set on the Host. Need help to resolve.
Marius Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Hi Larry, we have replied to your email on this - we need to investigate more and a diagnostic log will be required.

lopesdev Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Hello. I'm with a similar problem. Webcam snapshots are black/grey, wont display on ios app or metro app. Host is an asus g50v Windows 8 x64 with all drivers installed. All other applications that require laptop webcam are working correctly. I have an active subscription. Thank you.
jrmcanada Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 I'm having a similar problem. Webcam snapshots are almost completely dark even though all other webcam apps on the system are working fine. Also, once I take a webcam shot via PC Monitor, the webcam gets disabled (for all apps - Skype, etc.) and I have to reboot the PC to get the webcam running again.
