I use Bitdefender through Pulseway. To properly remove Bitdefender from a device, you have to change the device's policy and remove the AV agent, and free up a Bitdfender license. What would you do if the device is broken and can't turn on anymore to get the license back?

Hey @PK_GIT,

You can login to BD console and delete the system from Network module. This will free up the license.
