Pulseway needs a website that shows service status on all their products and offerings.

Backup...etc.

 

Currently this doesn't exist.  When there are outages, we are having to run to forums, Reddit, etc.  That information should be made public and centralized.  Other providers have that, and it likely would cut down on volume of tickets saying, "Hey your service is down."
