John C Posted April 29 Posted April 29 Hi, I am trying to install Pulseway on a Windows 2012 Server and I am getting the error above. There was a previous install which doesn't seem to have uninstalled properly. I'd appreciate some help on this... I have stopped all running Pulseway services - that I can identify but no luck. A second request: is there an uninstaller program available to completely remove a previous version of Pulseway?

And a fruitless search for a contact form/email address where I can as a CUSTOMER contact Pulseway for technical support. Nothing again. Wow indeed! Will be sourcing an alternative RMM by end of year

If you head to this article here: https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/964192-error-1001-the-specified-service-already-exists and run the commands as an administrator then it should rectify the issue.
