Missing stopped services notifications

Hi there,

we have few settings applied to our machines through policies but notifications for services in stopped state never arrive. We checked the settings and the policy is apparently correctly applied to machines; the settings are:

Monitored services are defined at agent level and we see them through Pulseway section accordingly. What we are missing are the notifications in case of more then 5 mins those services are stopped.

What are we missing?

I tried activating the option on the agent but no notification is raised if I stop, f.e. MailStore Server service:

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
