High CPU Usage on different servers

Dear Support Team,

I am opening this topic because we have been experiencing high CPU usage by a program on our Windows 2022 servers. The program is using 28-30% of the CPU constantly, even though it should only be using 1-5%. This is causing performance issues on our servers.

We have already tried the following to fix the issue:

lodctr /R
Reinstall the program
Reboot the server
Update the server
Lowering the task priority in Task Manager
Limiting the program to using only 1 CPU core

None of these solutions have worked.

 We would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide us with a solution.
