How to remove endpoints from Billing

I can add endpoints, but if I try to reduce the number I get an error:

You are currently using x endpoints, you need to remove an endpoint before you can decrease the order quantity
 

I am over licenced by 2 endpoints, so would like this changed to reduce my bill.  I emailed my rep as I wanted to do this last month but did not hear back.

For anyone else having the same issues, this is due to them introducing a minimum endpoint count of 20...
