Hello,

I've had PC Monitor installed on my PC and phone for over a week and its been working fine.

However today I've tried to access the app on my phone and all I get is a message saying "Not Trusted server certificate" on the screen where my computers would normally be.

I've tried uninstalling and reconfiguring my username and password which has made no differance.

I'm still receiving notifications by email and I can log onto the website fine and monitor my computer so I know my details are correct.

My phone is an HTC Desire runnig stock android 2.2.2

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Michael

I have the same problem since today. I have been working fine from my android devices untill now. I am monitoring 15 servers.

My devices are:

- Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 (android 2.2.2)

- Motorola Defy MB525 (android 2.2.3)

The problem looks like they have changed thier SSL certificate to rapidSSL which isn't supported on most mobile devices.

I just sent a email to the support account.

Thanks Angel.

Please try again now, it should work. It was a GeoTrust CA issue on one of the servers - this has now been corrected.
