I have two PCs in the house, both running Windows 7 Pro x64 and both with static IP addresses on the same network. One sends a push notification every time when it wakes up from a suspended state. The other never does but consistantly sends me notifications on everything else. I've noticed that the PC in question takes a second or two before I can access the internet after waking up. I feel this is the issue but can't figure out what setting on there might be out of wack to cause this. I had WOL working prior to installing PC Monitor and I'm thinking I must have monkeyed with one of the settings at that point.

Any thoughts on what might be going on here?

Thanks
