Play Store - Device not compatible with this version

can´t install PC-Monitor on my Sony Xperia Arc S (LT18i).

Device is rooted and running under MIUI 2.5.4.

Is there any solution available to fix that?

Please make sure that you have the google apps package installed on your custom rom and it should work.
