Ubuntu 20 Registration Error

I am unable to register a machine after installing the package on the newest version of ubuntu.  I get the following error:

 

Would you like to register or unregister the system?

[1] Register System
[2] Exit

Enter selection: 1

Please enter a username: MAIN
Please enter the password:
Use custom server? [y|n] n

An error encountered while processing the request. Please check the logs.

I am unsure was to what steps to take now.  Thanks for any help you can give.

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
