Show Applications running

Hi there and sorry if this has been brought up before but I can't seem to find any answer.

So I'm really just wanting to be able to see what "Applications" are being used on remote PC's I can see "Processes" but there are usually SO many!

Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to show "Applications" open and how would I do that? 

It seems like Pulseway can report so much other information this should be something quite straight forward?
