Posted March 12, 201213 yr I'm using the PC Dashboard with a direct internet connection (behind a firewall), but it throws a connection error (295). Is there a document defining the ports that need to be open for the dashboard application? I also tried to use our MS proxy server, but that also throws an error "(407) Proxy Authentication Required", despite having the correct details in there. Help!
March 29, 201213 yr Author Even thought the dashboard was set to direct internet access, I had to go into IE and untick the proxy before it would work. Strange... Thank you for your help
