Terry Jurd Posted March 12, 2012 Posted March 12, 2012 I'm using the PC Dashboard with a direct internet connection (behind a firewall), but it throws a connection error (295). Is there a document defining the ports that need to be open for the dashboard application? I also tried to use our MS proxy server, but that also throws an error "(407) Proxy Authentication Required", despite having the correct details in there. Help!
Marius Posted March 12, 2012 Posted March 12, 2012 HTTPS out only. 295 means your PC Monitor username and/or password are wrong.
Terry Jurd Posted March 29, 2012 Author Posted March 29, 2012 Even thought the dashboard was set to direct internet access, I had to go into IE and untick the proxy before it would work. Strange... Thank you for your help
