System Outage Messenger

It would be nice to have a have a way to send a message to users through the PC monitor agent to the users letting them know that a system outage has/is occurring and when it is resolved. Currently we send an email out with the outage information, however, if email goes down, we do not have a determined notification process. 

 

such as snapcomms.
