Ever since the IPhone update I haven't been able to look at screenshots of my computer. I am also unable to use the webcam function because niether of them show up on my phone menu. But on my laptop it says both are checked off. Am I doing something wrong?

There's nothing wrong with what you are doing, the screens/webcam features are available for subscriptions only. When you created your account a trial subscription was activated for these features along with the server modules so that's why you could see them.
