When installing: PCMonitor_x86.msi on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition server I receive the following error:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

If you are getting this when installing check that Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Full is installed correctly on your computer. There is no missing DLL in the PC Monitor installation package.

Indeed .Net Framework 4.0 was not installed.

Are there other prerequisites?

No, just .NET Framework 4 FULL.
