New phone no push notifications..

Hi, have replaced a phone by iphone xs with ios 12.2.1 insalled the app permit notifications on phone but

not receive push notifications, uninstalled app, reinstalled but nothing works, removed old phone 

from account - devices, but new phone not appears.

Any suggestion?
