One of my servers goes offline ramdomly (twice today, one yesterday). I installed Pc Monitor yesterday, I'm a new account.

In the event viewer I can see a .NET error followed by a PC Monitor service error:

I'm enclosing also the events in evtx format (saved by event viewer) with english messages included.

The server is running Windows Server 2008, standard edition, 32 bit. All updates applied. .NET was installed by PC Monitor.

The only other software running in this computer is Retrospect Multiserver backup.

Thanks!

Thanks for the details, can you please enable the Diagnostic Logging in PC Monitor Manager -> Settings? After you have enabled this please apply the settings, start the service and send us the trace.log file from the PC Monitor installation folder. Thanks for your help.

Now it's there, but it appeared just 2 minutes ago. Right when I looked at the server using PC Monitor on the iPhone.

Ok, I'll send it when the service breaks again.

Thanks
