Pathways Engineers Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Hi,Is it possible to have a feature that one can have escalations on the notifications.  We would like to use in a 3 tier notifications for the systems monitored. Tier 1 gets first notification, if Tier 1 doesn't resolve the alert/notification it escalates to Tier 2, up to Tier 3?Maybe have it as a option under the Rules section?
