Mobile Apps in Russia

Hello all,

So, as I understand in Russia I can monitor all devices only from PC Windows App?

Can you tell me pls, in what time it will be possible to use  android/ios app in Russia for the Pulsway?

Cause source of my project is:

To sell IT outsourcing for home users 

And Pulsway fits perfectly for my purposes.

So it will be helpfully to use Puslway on iPad  or something else.
