Condorman Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 I have a Intel i7 Dell laptop but the CPU monitor constantly shows 0%. I have restarted the laptop but still 0% Any suggestion welcome regards Condorman
Marius Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Rebuild performance counter with these steps:1. Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.2. Right-click cmd in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue3. At the command prompt, type the following line, and then press ENTER: Lodctr /r4. You will receive the following message: "Info: Successfully rebuilt performance counter setting from system backup store"5. Exit Command Prompt
