Add CPU/System temperature support

Hello

 

I am monitoring a Shuttle XS35V3 machine and would love to be able to read the CPU/System temperatures (for now I see only values for the SSD inside it).

I know that Intel Atom Cedar CPUs are 'obsolete' now but yeah... Noticed HWMonitor (Pro) supports reading values maybe you can share/buy/join/whatever their code :)

 

Anyway PC Monitor is a smart idea, good implementation, thanks a lot!
