Notification is not showing up in associates account

We have just implement enterprise solution, create admin and associates account (Joebuddy).

 

Create a device using admin account, and assign Joebuddy as associates account.

 

When a notification is sent (whatever, CPU high, disk low), the admin account receives notification on all devices. But associates account has no notification at all.

 

Verify setting in users account and all boxes have been check.

 

Can you please help ? Thanks very much.

Could you please send us a screenshot (to the support email address) with the associated account share entry from the PC Monitor Admin?
