    Thank you for the prompt response. Indeed .Net Framework 4.0 was not installed. Are there other prerequisites?

    When installing: PCMonitor_x86.msi on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition server I receive the following error: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." Please advise. Thank you, Carl Petito
