[Error Set MaintenanceSchedule]

I want to set the period of by powershell Maintenance . 

I attach the powershell file which does not work  

 

ERROR :

if you run the file locally on the server everything works, if imposed a console script does not work.

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a system to configure the agent from the command line (powershell) or from the WEB interface?
I would like to avoid connecting remotely to more than 200 servers to make minimal changes to the configuration.
