I have a paid subscription with screen shot and webcam enabled on my pc but still it woun't take either. it will work on my laptop though. I will say that when I first tried to do it it had some kind of cyberlink message with a image of a webcam but i dismissed it to quickly and it never appeared again. any ideas?
