    Hi There, Thank you very much for your favorable reply. I'd like to ask one more thing. One of my employee PC was formatted and we have installed PC Monitor again but this time the PC is not detected after re-installation. The PC name is their on server but i cant able to monitor, i have reset all setting after reinstallation but when i tried to validate account then error message appearing. I am trying to attached image url but its not accepting i am pasting error message below. "Valid Error: There was no endpoint listening at https://ws8.pulseway.com/Server.svc that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action, See InnerException, if present, for more details." Kindly do let me know what is the problem it is ? Cheers, Imran

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
