Even thought the dashboard was set to direct internet access, I had to go into IE and untick the proxy before it would work. Strange...

I'm using the PC Dashboard with a direct internet connection (behind a firewall), but it throws a connection error (295). Is there a document defining the ports that need to be open for the dashboard application?
I also tried to use our MS proxy server, but that also throws an error "(407) Proxy Authentication Required", despite having the correct details in there.
Help!
