Moonlighting Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Many times when using the chat feature I will need to wait for a client to reply. If my client replies say later in the day, there is no way of knowing a message was sent without the chat session open. Is there a way same as when using the support request that a notification could be sent.
