Time sensitive Idle timer?

I read on the Workflow for Time Sensitive section that the Idle timer is not compatible with the Time Sensitive category, but we're trying to create a workflow that sends a notification once a ticket has been unassigned for over an hour. Is this possible with PSA at this point?

Hey @CalebC, Thanks for your post.

You can create a workflow where the trigger is idle for 1 hour and condition being primary assignee is empty. Select the notification to be sent from the notification tab. If you need anything else please drop a reply or feel free to message me.

Thanks,
Stefan

This is the process I followed, but I'm trying to make it time sensitive where this only runs during business hours. Is that possible? Thank you so much for your response and help with this!
