Try enabling the diagnostic logging in Settings -> Diagnostics and start the service again. A trace.log file will be written in the installation folder, please email it to us.

Uninstall the app, delete the installation folder (if still there) and remove the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\PC Monitor. Restart and try to install the app again.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.

To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

If you have a malfunctioning plugin PC Monitor will only stop loading it and release it from the memory, so any bad plugins cannot stop the functionality of the core application.
