  • Enhanced Audit Collection (est. Q1 2023)  - released with 9.2.
    • Improvements to the Audit process with collection of additional, modern device audit details. This work includes adding audit support to macOS and Linux agents.
  • Remote Control macOS Client: Chat (est. Q1 2023)  - released with 9.2. 
    • Improvements to the Mac Remote Control client and agent to enable Chat.
  • Workflow Scheduling (est. Q1 2023)  - released with 9.2. 
    • Ability to explicitly schedule workflows.
  • Workflow Actions (est. Q1 2023)  - released with 9.2. 
    • Addition of several new workflow actions, like Execute Shell Command, Execute File, Reboot, Send Message, and Write Workflow Log Entry.
  • Remote Control Concurrent Multi-Monitor Support (est. Q1 2023)  - released with 9.2.
    • Adding the ability to view individual monitor thumbnails while also adding the ability to view and work with all monitors simultaneously.
  • Patch Management Reboot Schedules (est. Q1 2023) - released with 9.2.
    • Adding the ability to define schedules for device reboots when they are required by a patch process.
  • Automatic Task Execution Enhancement (est. Q1 2023)  - Alternative solution was developed and release with 9.2.
    • Enhancements to Task execution that enables support to queue Tasks for offline devices to be executed when the devices are back online.
    • This is now possible to achieve by running a Task through the new Scheduled Worfklow feature release in 9.2.
  • Policy Management Conversion to New Policy and Profile Structure - Phase 1 (est. 2023) - released with 9.2.
    • We are redesigning Policy Management to be much more flexible, by breaking existing Policies and their settings into new Configuration Profiles which will then be applied using Policies. In addition, we will be adding Filtering capabilities, to support the targeting of specific devices.
  • Patch Management CVE/ CVSS Patch Rules (est. Q3 2023)  - released with 9.3.
    • Enhancements to Patching Rules to allow approval and rejection of OS patches based on CVE codes and CVSS Scores. 
  • Surface Virtualization Discovery & Topology (est. Q3 2023) - released with 9.3.
    • We will be introducing the concept of "Connectors" and using this new functionality to centralize Hyper-V, VMware, and XenServer discovery configuration and results into the Platform, while also conveying the associated devices on the Topology map.
  • Managed Files (est. Q3 2023) - released with 9.3.
    • We are introducing a file repository to allow you to upload files to the Pulseway Platform and leverage a new Automation Workflow "Write File" action, to deliver the file to target Agents.
  • Remote Control: Blackout End User's Screen (est. Q3 2023) - released with 9.3.
    • This feature allows technicians to optionally block an end user from viewing the technician's screen activity while the Remote Control session is active.
  • Advanced Reporting Templates (Q4 2023) - Deployment began with 9.4 and will continue to roll out to customers based on their Data Center location through end of 2023 and early 2024.
    • We have introduced a new set of report templates. Utilizing a powerful BI engine, this empowers you to visualize data fast, make smarter decisions, and easily report on the actual value of IT!
  • Automation: New Workflow Actions, including an API Call (Q4 2023) - released with 9.4.
    • The API Call executes strictly from the server and can be used in any of the Contexts, including the new deviceless Context above. API Calls can be used to send custom payloads to URLs – otherwise known as Webhook Endpoints.
  • Patch Dashboard Widgets (Q4 2023)  - released with 9.4.
    • Increased patching visibility with new widgets showing Patch Compliance and Patch Status.
  • Remote Control: New Policy Profile Settings (Q4 2023) - released with 9.4.
    • Adding several new Remote Desktop settings available in the Device Configuration: Remote Desktop Profile. These settings introduce some new Remote-Control behavior and allow for more granular controls over the Remote session, and the technician and end user’s experience.

Upcoming: 

  • Policy Management Targeting, Extensibility, and Effective Settings - Phase 2 (est. Q1 2024) - In development.
    • We are redesigning Policy Management to be much more flexible, by breaking existing Policies and their settings into new Configuration Profiles which will then be applied using Policies. In addition, we will be adding Filtering capabilities, to support the targeting of specific devices.
  • Remote Control macOS Client: Copy/Paste File Transfer (est. Q1 2024) - In development.
    • Improvements to the Mac Remote Control client and agent to enable File Transfer features.
  • Multi-select with Bulk Action Support in Advanced Search Page (est. Q1 2024)- In development.
    • We will adding the ability to select devices and perform actions against the selected devices. Actions will include running Scripts, running Workflows, deleting devices, and moving devices. Future work will add more actions to this page.
  • Patch Management: End User Reboot Prompt Enhancements (est. Q1 2024) - In development.
    • Enhancing the patching reboot on end devices to make it more predictable by displaying reboot prompts in advance. An end user can either postpone the reboot or execute it right away.
  • Remote Control: Automatic Reconnect (est. Q1 2024) - In development.
    • Enhancements for automatic reconnecting of Remote Control sessions for scenarios such as dropped connections, restarting a device, signing off a user account, switching user accounts, and any general event that involves a loss of connectivity.
  • Patch Management Notifications (est. Q1 2024) - In development. 
    • Introducing new notification types that inform the user when new patches are available and when OS or 3rdparty patching installation errors occur. Integrated with PSA, these notifications allow users to review and take actions ensuring system security and streamline issue resolution.
  • Client Portal: End User Remote Control (est. Q1 2024) - In development. 
    • Adding the ability for end users to Remote Control any devices associated with their end user account, from within the Client Portal.
  • Ad-hoc 3pp Install for Web Application (est. 2024) 
    • Enhancements to an Agent’s System Details page will provide the ability to work directly with Third-party Patching functionality by allowing quick deployment of applications as well as the management of an Agent’s association with a Patch Policy.
  • Remote Control: Device Card Integration (est. 2024) 
    • Ability to access the new Device Card and its supported actions from Remote Control sessions and integrated products.
  • Device Card - Brand New Component (est. 2024) 
    • We are building a brand new System Details component and calling it "Device Card". It will be accessible throughout the product pages, and will subsequently be integrated with Remote Control and be capable of being used by third-party integrated products.
  • Single sign-on (est. 2024)
    • Authenticate with 3rd party providers (such as Google or Microsoft) through the SAML 2.0 protocol.
