  • Remote Control Credentials Injection (est. Q2 2022) - released with 8.11.
    • Remotely login into monitored Windows Agents through the Pulseway ecosystem without disclosing credentials to people in front of the computer. This feature enables use of password managers for easy insertion of credentials into the authentication dialog
  • Remote Control Disable – End-User Control (est. Q2 2022) - released with 8.11.
    • Within an endpoint policy, you can now also enable the option for end-users to disable remote control on their system from within the system tray context menu.
  • IT Glue Integration / Password & Document Management (est. Q2 2022) - released with 8.11.
    • Seamlessly work with IT Glue documentation and passwords directly within Pulseway Web and Mobile Applications.
  • Centralized Agent Policies (est. Q2 2022) -released with 8.11.2. 
    • Part of a continued effort to provide policy-based centralized management of Agent Settings for greater control and compliance of Agent configurations.
  • macOS Script Support (est. Q2 2022) - released with 8.11.2.
    • Introducing Bash scripting for macOS Agents, including support for Tasks and Automation Workflows.
  • Network Monitoring Enhancements – Discovery, Topology, SNMP Profiles (est. Q2 2022) released with 8.5.0.
    • Improved technical device discovery and fingerprinting, including the ability to create SNMP Profiles (aka Templates) for easy re-application of monitoring based on device criteria.
  • Enhanced Custom Fields – Org, Site, Group (est. Q2 2022) - released with 8.5.0.
    • In addition to devices, Custom Fields will now be available for use with Organizations, Sites, and Groups, including the ability to manage them using Automation.
  • Remote Control Native RDP Support (est. Q3 2022) - released with 8.5.0.
    • Optionally use the native Microsoft RDP client for a secure Remote Control session, which has the added benefit of leveraging many of the native RDP features.
  • Ad-hoc 3pp Install for Mobile Application (est. Q3 2022)released with 8.5.0.
    • Enhancements to an Agent’s System Details page will provide the ability to work directly with Third-party Patching functionality by allowing quick deployment of applications as well as the management of an Agent’s association with a Patch Policy.
  • Autotask PSA Integration (est. Q3 2022) - released with 8.5.0.  
    • As the first stage of integration, tickets will be able to be automatically created from Pulseway notifications and associated with the appropriate PSA Company and Queue.
  • Remote Control Block End-User Input (est. Q3 2022) - released with 9.0.
    • Ability to disable end-user keyboard and mouse during Remote Control sessions for Windows Agents.
  • Ransomware Detection (est. Q3 2022) - released with 9.0.
    • Addition of optional, native Ransomware Protection for licensed Windows Agents.
  • MS O365 Oauth Authentication Support (est. Q3 2022) - released with 9.0.
    • Updated, modern authentication for in-product email capabilities which leverages Office 365 Email. This adds support beyond the current "basic" authentication.
  • Network Monitoring - Generic SNMP Profiles (est. Q3 2022) - released with 8.5.
    • We will be providing pre-built SNMP Profiles for common network devices.
  • System Details Integration - In Product (est. Q3 2022) - released with 9.0. 
    • Ability to access System Details and supported actions inline when working within multiple product pages, like Quick Search.
  • Autotask PSA 2-way Integration (est. Q3 2022) - released with 9.0. 
    • Improvements will include bi-directional notification / ticket changes to ensure a change in one platform is reflected in the other, which will expand the potential of automation. 
  • ConnectWise PSA 2-way Integration (est. Q3 2022) - released with 9.0. 
    • Improvements will include bi-directional notification / ticket changes to ensure a change in one platform is reflected in the other, which will expand the potential of automation.
  • Automatic Task Execution Enhancement - Performance (est. Q3 2022) - released with 9.0.
    • Enhancements to Task execution that enables support for concurrent Tasks.

    • Improvements to the Audit process with collection of additional, modern device audit details. This work includes adding audit support to macOS and Linux agents.
  • Remote Control macOS Client: Chat (est. Q1 2023) - In testing - pending release. 
    • Improvements to the Mac Remote Control client and agent to enable Chat.
  • Ad-hoc 3pp Install for Web Application (est. Q1 2023) - Pending development.

  • Remote Control Concurrent Multi-Monitor Support (est. Q1 2023) - In development.
    • Adding the ability to view individual monitor thumbnails while also adding the ability to view and work with all monitors simultaneously.
  • Patch Management Reboot Schedules (est. Q1 2023) - In development.
    • Adding the ability to define schedules for device reboots when they are required by a patch process.
  • Patch Management CVE/ CVSS Patch Rules (est. Q1 2023) - In development.
    • Enhancements to Patching Rules to allow approval and rejection of OS patches based on CVE codes and CVSS Scores. 
  • Policy Management Refactor - Phase 1 (est. Q1 2023) - In development.
    • We are redesigning Policy Management to be much more flexible, by breaking existing Policies and their settings into new Configuration Profiles which will then be applied using Policies. In addition, we will be adding Filtering capabilities, to support the targeting of specific devices.
  • Surface Virtualization Discovery & Topology (est. Q1 2023) - Pending development.
    • We will be introducing the concept of "Connectors" and using this new functionality to centralize Hyper-V, VMware, and XenServer discovery configuration and results into the Platform, while also conveying the associated devices on the Topology map.
  • Automatic Task Execution Enhancement (est. Q1 2023) - Pending development.
    • Enhancements to Task execution that enables support to queue Tasks for offline devices to be executed when the devices are back online.
  • Device Card - Brand New Component (est. Q2 2023) - Pending development. 
    • We are building a brand new System Details component and calling it "Device Card". It will be accessible throughout the product pages, and will subsequently be integrated with Remote Control and be capable of being used by third-party integrated products.
  • Single sign-on (est. Q2 2023)
    • Authenticate with 3rd party providers (such as Google or Microsoft) through the SAML 2.0 protocol.
  • Remote Control: Device Card Integration (est. Q2 2023) 
    • Ability to access the new Device Card and its supported actions from Remote Control sessions and integrated products.
  • Remote Control macOS Client: Copy/Paste File Transfer (est. 2023). 
    • Improvements to the Mac Remote Control client and agent to enable File Transfer features.
  • OS and 3rd Party Patch management for macOS (est. 2023) 
    • As part of our continued cross-platform improvements, we will be working to bring OS and third-party patching capabilities to macOS Agents.
  • Microsoft Intune integration (est. 2023) 
    • Expanding on our powerful Discovery engine to detect and optionally enroll and/or deploy agents to devices found within Intune.
