Craig Wardman Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 We have noticed that the notifications from machine through the RMM are just creating new tickets on each occasion when this is a duplicate notification, is this intended? We already have this as the feature request, so our developers will consider the possibility to implement this feature in the future release.
