Multiple computers not connecting

I have several computers with pulseway that have either stopped working or reporting. When trying to reinstall or uninstall it pops up an error: Error 1001: Exception occurred while initializing the installation:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly file:///C\Program Files\PCMonitor\PCMonitorSrv.exe' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

 

Is there a way to manually remove the application and then install it back? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

 

Welcome to the Pulseway community. To remove the Pulseway service registration you need to execute the following command into an administrative command prompt (include quotes):

sc delete "PC Monitor"
