marinhd
A customer switched to a new IT company and I no longer have access to the server yet the PC monitor app is on it and I am concerned they will try to use an application to try and decode the asterisks that you see for the password in the app. Is there any way to remotely uninstall the app or delete the user account info used? Administrators Marius Posted February 4, 2014 Administrators Share Posted February 4, 2014 Use the PC Monitor Manager app - Manage Systems to delete the server. Once you see the server online press the Remove button. The action will remotely delete the account info from that server.
Administrators Paul Posted February 4, 2014 Administrators Share Posted February 4, 2014 I think PC Monitor is protected from password mask revealers and the saved password in registry is encrypted so I don't think your account security is at risk. Also it would not be a bad idea to enable two step authentication on your account and to create a device access policy.
