  1. As I'm creating tasks, it's woefully lacking any reference as to whether a schedule exists or not. I would like to see a reference to the fact that the task is scheduled, and even better would be next scheduled time it is to execute.
  2. Hi, I have have some requests from management and staff using the dashboard at our company. Please could some of these be addressed or looked at? We would like to apply/replace the pulseway logo with our company logo, but we have no need for enterprise at this time (this may change in the future). Being able to drag an image to the dashboard installation folder as a simple start would be good, or "select an image" option in the settings - As a bonus, changing the colours of background and text would be fantastic. Custom sizing of text within the dashboard would help, as playing around with dpi within windows causes things to go onto two pages. (Changing clock size would be bonus cookies) Order by severity, I think I may have requested this before,(not yet addressed) this makes total sense to be able to order the list by what severity EG: critical first. Split groups on to separate pages, this is a nicety if you have multiple machines on multiple sites, this would allow better use of screen space especially on 65"+ TV's The coloured icons could use a flashing feature to catch your eye, EG: a critical alert would make it flash red and blue/black, this is instead of a steady amber or red. Had to edit this one in: Pulseway Manager needs to give us an option to mark an offline server as critical, a simply notification will not email our zendesk for example. Last but not least: can we get a changelog pop up when updates arrive, think this would be beneficial to show customers that there is continued development in progress. - I am aware that you run a blog for this kind of thing.   3. Hi there, do you consider to improve the powershell feature? The Problem here is, that you can only start commands, which don't need any answer. If an answer is required, the command is not beeing executed - regardless you will give the answer within the next command. It is no real "bi-directional' powershell session like "enter-pssession -computername xxx', which is needed for our daily work. So we have to use vpn instead or rdp - both are not the fastest way to execute commands. In kaseya vsa we have this feature working as needed. I think the Pulseway Agent could handle it - when I have a look to remote desktop feature, which is nearly real time.
  4. As I create more scripts, they become hard to keep categorized, especially when the folders grow with the scripts. I would like to be able to move scripts from folder to folder and also to copy them to another folder. Drag and drop functionality would be preferred.
  5. It would be helpful to be able to enable maintenance mode in a script and disable it in another script. See if this makes sense. Script 1 = turns on maintenance mode Script 2 = reboots computer Script 3 = turns off maintenance mode Would this work, and how would one do this? This would be a lot simpler than setting a time for maintenance mode in the agent and be more useful since maintenance mode wouldn't depend on a time, but on a script no matter when it runs.
  6. Hi, To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows: 1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled. 2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent. The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications. The later I do want a notification. Last year an international version of Adobe caused a black screen when logging into the desktop and because of the alert when the client called I was able to resolve the issue right away. The goal would be to get notifications on applications not in the exclude list and the ability to see all application changes in case one does cause and issue. Thanks for your attention.
  7. As my tasks grow, I have no idea which ones are scheduled to run without editing each one. Imagine if there were 100 of them.
  8. I have been evaluating the product and I really like it however it does not integrate with my accounting software Xero. This would be a nice feature for a lot of people.
  9. I want to use two-factor authentication. I will not, until such time the timeout feature is controlled by me. I'm not sure how much time elapses between open the page and the timeout, but I can tell you it is too short. I want control of it, to the point of turning it off completely.
  10. I rebooted EVERYONE in my dashboard yesterday to the great surprise of everyone in my dashboard who was not at lunch. I created some scripts which I though did not contain a shutdown command but there was one in one of the scripts. When creating a task, I can add a script, but I cannot see what is in the script without backing out and editing the script again. I can think of two things: 1. I would like to be able to peek inside a script before adding it to a task. 2. I would like to color code scripts. If I choose red for scripts with a shutdown command, then I can easily see danger including said script.

It would be nice to see some basic mobile device management features for iOS and Android in pulseway Options: Ring device in max volume, Locate Device on map, Factory wipe device when it's next online, Lock Device, Unlock Device, Require screen lock, Remove screen-lock, and possibly capture from camera on invalid unlock code... Thanks!
  12. Possible to select certain services to monitor via Group Policy? For example, include the StorageCraft service in group policy, and any server included in that policy would automatically have that service monitored.

I've got Pulseway installed on a number of servers and it notify's nicely if a backup is successful or fails, but I've a couple of instances when a backup hasn't even tried to run so has neither failed or succeeded. I've noticed a number of posts requesting a feature for Pulseway to generate an alert when no backup activity has been detected in X number of days. Has this been looked at? Is this possible? Can this be developed please? Thank you
  14. Hi. When receiving the notification "The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down" I am always wondering who is shutting down the server. Could it be possible to add information about which user initiated the shutdown? I know that Windows write it to the eventlog, so the information should be available. If it could possible to match the users with RDP connections, so we also can see what client the user was connected from, it would something near perfect. The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down by user 'XXX' logged on interactively. The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down by user 'XXX' logged on remotely from client 'XXX'.
  15. hi can we have plugins install upon specific systems when rolling out the software rather than having to manually install them / update them?
  16. Would love the ability to view details of a computer that is currently offline, for example, last LAN IP address, last event logs, applications, computer Make & Model, serial number, etc. This would help in troubleshooting any PC problems for PCs are are offline.

I'm loving the ShadowProtect integration, but I was wondering if it would be possible to the same sort of integration for ImageManager (also made by StorageCraft, the developers of ShadowProtect)? It's great that I get notifications if ShadowProtect backups fail, but I'd love Pulseway to be able to monitor my ImageManager replications as well.

Hey Pulseway, I think there was another topic about this, but I can't find it any more, but is it possible to make notifications disappear (archive) automatically when the problem that caused them is gone? E.g.: A ping is missing for a little while and then comes back (2 notifications), a system is too hot and cools down (1 notification), a disk too full (2 notifications), memory usage peeks (we get this all the time), a network loses network connection for five minutes (many many notifications if it happens). The result of these problems is that we get spammed full of notifications every night when really only a small part of that is relevant to the well-being of our customers' systems. Can notifications automatically be archived so we just view the relevant stuff? There's archiving and syslog anyways! - Jaapyse

  20. Hi, We are using the Zendesk-integration, and have some ideas that would improve the integration. 1. Notify that ticket creation fails. If password is changed or any other things result in Zendesk ticket not being created, we miss it. 2. Save ticket id on notification. It would be nothing more than fantastic if the notification list in Pulseway would visually show that a ticket was created. If it were possible to se the ticket number, you could also link directly to the Zendesk web app. Did I mention that this would be amazing?!!! 3. Global Zendesk settings. Today we set up Zendesk account for every server og group. I would be nice if the Zendesk account were a global setting, and that we could just define requester email-address (and notification levels pr. server/group). It would make it a lot easier to update the account settings, and setup new servers or groups. 4. On demand ticket creation. Today all notification that match the level filter are created as ticket. It would be nice if the settings could differentiate between "automatic" and "manually". Automatic would be the current way, and manually would allow to select "Create ticket" on the notifications in apps and dashboard.

It would be a really good feature if the client could check public blacklists such as spamhaus periodically and throw a warning if its public IP is listed on one of them The ability to specify multiple public IP's (and hostnames) to check from each server would be good too. The ability to flag a general, warning or critical notification depending which block list the IP/host is found in would be a tidy way of doing it. Thanks!

  23. It would be nice to be able to specify GB or MB when monitoring for free diskspace or free memory. Because now.. for example.. when i have a system with 16GB of memory and use the 10% setting i would get an alert when there is still 1600MB of free space.. which is more then enough. Same for Harddisks.. a 500GB harddisk would still have 50GB free with 10% and 25GB free with 5% I would just like to set a treshold on 2GB freespace.. for all systems.. for example..
  24. Next to Goto System, I would like to see Goto Services which takes you straight to the services of the system.
  25. It would be nice to instead of only delete a notification also be able to archive a notification for later analases.. or comparison to notifications that come on other times..
