Office 356/Azure SSO
I swore I already created this feature req, but I can't find it anywhere here, so forgive me if this is duplicating. I see OKTA was added as a SSO option with latest PSA release. Is there anything on roadmap for O365/Azure SSO? I want to drive clients' users to the customer portal, but they are just not going to remember another password. It needs to have O365 authentication. This is having a major productivity impact on opened service tickets, because otherwise users just email help ticket requests and often do not provide all needed information. Another option to to create some sort of client specific Submit help ticket webpage that has all required fields. For other PSA users out there, how to you handle user submitted help tickets and proper data collection for the help ticket?

Run Task From Notification (alert)
Is there a way to kick off an automated task based on a notification or alert. For Example, if we get a notification of a disk getting full, I would want the automation to run: <Open a ticket>--> <add predetermined note>--> <add 15 minutes>--><run task to clean drive>--><send notification that task has completed>--><close ticket> Is this possible now, or should this be a feature request? Thank you, dp

RepairShopr PSA Integration
We are considering switching over to the RepairShopr PSA platform, and would like to know if an integration with them may be in the works. I understand they use the REST API as well, and have solid documentation on their site for integrating into their platform. Can this be looked into? It is definitely becoming a popular solution, and companies like Ninja RMM and SolarWinds MSP are already integrated with them. Here is their article on their API: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowledgebase/articles/376312 Thank you!

WOL Feature
Hi, i´m testing this RMM atm. Is it possible to implement WOL on a Probe? For example choosing the probe then the Machines Show up which are on the same Network or same Customer and Option to do WOL. If you´ve many Machines to Manage You would Need to Edit Firewall Rules for each Machine and Edit the Settings of each machine.Would be way to much work.

Email Parser
It would be awesome if the email parser went a little deeper. Sometimes a client emails us directly and we forward that email to Pulseway to open a ticket. The problem with this is that it opens the ticket using our company as the client. It would be great if we could get the parser to look in the email headers to find the address that the email originated from and use THAT to assign and client and user to the ticket. There are other ticket systems that do this. Alternatively (though not as elegant), It would also work to put a flag in the subject line like "@CLIENTNAME" to get the email assigned to the client. Is there a way to do this with workflows?

Interactive Reports
I know this would be a major change in the reporting interface, but how about an option to interact with the results of a report. Maybe one can choose an additional "Report Format" when editing a report and have an option for Interactive? When this is enabled the output of the report is immediately displayed in web format with hyperlinks to automate certain tasks by sending a back-end task/script to the agent. For example: Report Interaction Script Task (Relayed to the agent) Applications link next to each agent to uninstall the application Assets link to create asset tag if none exist OS Patching link to assign Policy / Update now 3rd Party Patching link next to each agent to update the application Drive Usage link to run a temp files cleanup job Anti-virus install AV / Run Scan / Update (not sure how this ties in to the existing Kaspersky deployment) ...

StorageCraft ImageManager
I'm loving the ShadowProtect integration, but I was wondering if it would be possible to the same sort of integration for ImageManager (also made by StorageCraft, the developers of ShadowProtect)? It's great that I get notifications if ShadowProtect backups fail, but I'd love Pulseway to be able to monitor my ImageManager replications as well.

Remote Desktop History
Hi. It would be nice with a searchable Remote Desktop history. It could include fields like... Date/Time Device Session User Confirmed Durration For audit it would be great if it was possible to document what when users has had a remote desktop session, and if it has been approved by the session user.

Ticket Notification Area
Hi Guys, I've attached a screenshot of the"activities" area from the ticketing system of a test I made earlier today. We noticed that with emails to and from the PSA, there is only a 2-line limit before the text gets shunted off the bottom of the box with an obscenely tiny scroll bar. I think something like an accordion menu would be excellent for this, something that hides the content until you choose to read it and then expands to allow a more complete view of the contents. Cheers, Martin

New Application has been installed/uninstalled tweak
Hi, To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows: 1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled. 2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent. The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications. The later I do want a notification. Last year an international version of Adobe caused a black screen when logging into the desktop and because of the alert when the client called I was able to resolve the issue right away. The goal would be to get notifications on applications not in the exclude list and the ability to see all application changes in case one does cause and issue. Thanks for your attention.

Improvement of Zendesk integration
Hi, We are using the Zendesk-integration, and have some ideas that would improve the integration. 1. Notify that ticket creation fails. If password is changed or any other things result in Zendesk ticket not being created, we miss it. 2. Save ticket id on notification. It would be nothing more than fantastic if the notification list in Pulseway would visually show that a ticket was created. If it were possible to se the ticket number, you could also link directly to the Zendesk web app. Did I mention that this would be amazing?!!! 3. Global Zendesk settings. Today we set up Zendesk account for every server og group. I would be nice if the Zendesk account were a global setting, and that we could just define requester email-address (and notification levels pr. server/group). It would make it a lot easier to update the account settings, and setup new servers or groups. 4. On demand ticket creation. Today all notification that match the level filter are created as ticket. It would be nice if the settings could differentiate between "automatic" and "manually". Automatic would be the current way, and manually would allow to select "Create ticket" on the notifications in apps and dashboard.

Patching Policy - Filter By Date Rule
Hello, I would love to see a rule added to the patching policy where you could filter patches by date. For example, only install patches that were released before a certain date. This would allow you pick a date that you were going to role out to your different environments and make sure you were installing the same patches on all systems (Dev, Test, Prod, etc) even if patches were released during the time you were moving from dev to prod for example.

Need a Timeline View of Ticket Time Entries
It would be nice if there was a view similar to the Time Sheet, Time Entries list but that showed the start and end time of each entry and only showed the time entries for the tickets that had entries for the week. Autotask had this and it was a great way to help remind me of what I did in the "gaps" between ticket time entries. Having all open tickets in my queue just clutters the current view. Maybe have a button on that view that toggles between all the open tickets and no time entries showing and having only time entries showing with start and end times. It looks like this:
- Two Feature Requests
- Open System from PSA
- Forwarding automated tickets as emails.

Public ports
Hi Pulseway, I would like the possibility to add monitoring for Public Ports. The Pulseway Agent could ask the Pulseway server to test for open ports at the Public IP. I would also like a boolean value, so we could decide if we want a notification, if the port is open or closed. --- Summed up, I would like to monitor if some critical ports are open from the public IP, like SSH, RDP, etc. and get notified if they are. Of course I could write a Plugin the is based on a webservice, but it would be more smooth, with a build in feature. --- Br, Matin.

White Labeled Agent Settings
Is there any plan or discussion to allow MSP's the ability to white label the agent settings such as the name, desktop shortcuts, icon, installation path name, etc? We used to have this with a former RMM tool we used and it was helpful to maintain brand consistency with our clients. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Cloud printing
I just thought I would throw this out there. If Pulseway could manage printers in a similar fashion as Uniprint or other cloud print platforms this would be the greatest thing ever. This would be a major revenue generator for us MSP's. I was also thinking of an addition for managing credentials and group policies. I was reviewing a product called Onelogin and the concept was interesting. Kind of like active directory for everything (mac, android etc.) which would allow us to manage large groups. In my opinion this would make Pulseway the onestop cloud solution. We could manage computers, control security and easily deploy printers anywhere anytime.
