    Hi @Comissha,
    I would suggest you to configure the PowerShell impersonation on one of your monitored systems manually and then you might use the PowerShell script to configure it on other required systems:
    At first you will need to copy the value for the following registry keys and then use them in the following script:
    PowerShellUserImpersonation
    PowerShellUserImpersonationDomain
    PowerShellUserImpersonationPassword
    PowerShellUserImpersonationPasswordCtrl
    PowerShellUserImpersonationUsername
    Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\Software\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor" -Name "PowerShellUserImpersonation" -Value "value here"
    Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\Software\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor" -Name "PowerShellUserImpersonationDomain" -Value "value here"
    Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\Software\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor" -Name "PowerShellUserImpersonationPassword" -Value "value here"

    The Mobile Apps can do alot but still not everything so..

    Hi All,
    New to the software and love its ease of use. I am looking for an update from the roadmap on when the custom reporting may be available?
    Things like asset reporting on all PCs with x of software (Eg. office 2010) or License numbers of x software.Have a microsoft audit for example and need to gather all the FPP license numbers!
    All the information you appear to have already from the summary and detail asset reports its just the selection of those items into one report.
    or if any one knows a script that performs that task?

    I know this post is almost a year old but as a new user of the chat facility I just wanted to add my comments to the numerous others which have requested some kind of notification. I think as a minimum it needs some kind of alert but I don't really think that's the best solution. In order to make the chat feature something useful it would be far better to have it as a pop-up window, similar to what the end user sees, this way the technician is able to carry out other tasks within the Pulseway web app whilst simultaneously monitoring the chat window. Furthermore this could add the ability to then chat with multiple end users at the same time which would be immensely more useful than it's current implementation.

    My company has been testing out PSA/RMM systems for about a year now. Hands down Pulseway has been the BEST, however it's looking likely we are NOT going to be using PW because you don't have 2 simple features MOST others have. LDAP Integration is CRITICAL for our end users & security. We want to seriously "DUMB IT DOWN" for them. Emails DO NOT ACCOMPLISH THIS. On a constant basis no matter how much training they (end Users) get, they more often than not send emails like "It doesn't work." or "I got an error." 
    Asking for further details beyond that kinda makes me wish I had become a dentist cause pulling teeth would probably be easier. For the same reason as stated above a web based ticket portal where we can control the "REQUIRED" fields would be amazing. This would give us the information we need to triage the incident and respond appropriately. We are looking for a system that makes us pro-active not re-active. Furthermore with the above LDAP integration some fields can be automatically populated like workstation and User (cause yes some people don't know how to spell their own name at times). With this Web Portal Ticket System we can make an easy button or desktop icon they can get right to without having to hunt for it. 
    In summery:  LDAP Integration and Web Based Ticket Portal. This could have made us customers for a very long time.

    I tell you what is really missing, when someone replies to your chat and you’re not in the Pulseway app.

     
    It would be really good if an icon would appear like the red or yellow explanation mark, but a picture of an envelope to tell you then have replied.

    Can you add that feature?

    Is there any video training for the PSA module? it has tons of features and I see scattered videos of some modules and general talk about it, but I want videos that provide good training and makes me want to say I am a Guru at PSA

    Would really like to use PSA, but it is just not intuitive... Especially for end users. I tried it on 10 of my users... none of them liked the interface. The resorted back to just emailing me. There should be a simple REPLY button for quick reply to tickets. The less steps for the end user, the better. I have to teach each user to send tickets... thats not good. We are using Freshdesk now because the client likes the ease of use. If the PSA followed some of freshdesk design ques, we would return.
    It also would be nice to have ticket notifications pushed to our mobile devices (possibly through the pulseway app) with the ability to respond on the fly.
