I'm 99% sure I've donwloaded the correct one, but I'm going to check again haha and then contact support by e-mail in case message still appears.

Hi,

 

I have 2 PC's one with Intel and one with AMD.

 

On the Intel PC, installation worked just fine, but on the AMD PC I got this message "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact yoru product vendor."

 

It's an AMD Phenom II 1090T Black Edition running Win8 64bit

 

AMD is not supported by PC monitor or what could be happening to solve it asap?

Confirmed, to get WOL to work after shutting down Windows 8 you need to disable "fast startup" so the network adapter is armed for WOL at shutdown.

 

Shutting down via the PC Monitor app or shutdown.exe /s mustn't perform "hybrid shutdown" so WOL works as normal.

[ISSUE/QUESTION - Wrong Notification Message on iOS]

Hi,

I found since last version, that when I shutdown any of the PC's I have, I receive the message "The computer "PCNAME" in group "X" is up and running" (the exact message that I received when I turn them on).

Any idea how can I solve it?
