  1. Nothing wrong on our servers. We will need more info to be able to advise you on this one like what operation are you trying to perform, from where and so on. If you could explain the "login crashed" it would be useful too.

In most cases you need to set up the proxy or it's a firewall issue.

  2. PC Monitor Enterprise Server comes with an Admin tool - it is there where we plan to define a common policy that will be applied to all computers or to specific groups.

This will include common settings as well as rules, performance counters and notifications. We will add support for ADMX too (for cloud based subscriptions) but for the enterprise server we will prefer the Admin tool as it will give us a higher level of flexibility when it comes to app settings. When the PC Monitor starts on a computer it will automatically download the policy that will overwrite any local settings (where appropriate).

We are confident that PC Monitor will scale and we are improving the solution all the time. We are welcoming all the suggestions, thank you for your input.

  3. PC Monitor Enterprise Server supports unlimited accounts allowing you to split the areas of responsibility within your team by allowing multiple monitoring accounts and the ability to "share" the monitored computers and notifications between the team members.

To enable this feature start PC Monitor app on the monitored computer and press the "Change Account Details" from the Accounts tab.

From the "Associated Accounts" tab you can share any computers with other accounts as read only or full access with or without notifications.

You can add multiple entries for the same account sharing a subset of computers as read only and another subset with full access.

  4. Thank you,

we are taking these requests into consideration and hope to add them in a future release.

As for notifications when certain users log in you can use the Event Log watcher notification. For the rest we will need to add support.

PowerShell is on the list and we hope to add it in the ver. 2.6 (2.5 is due for release in 1-2 weeks).

  5. We added an extra check in PC Monitor for this kind of scenario and it will be available in the next release.

The event watcher should be fired only when new events are written in the event log and not for the old ones. If this case does occur PC Monitor will compare the current system time with the event generated time. If there's a bigger of 5 minutes or more the event will be ignored.

  6. Thank you, we appreciate the support.

To delete the computer start the PC Monitor Manager on any monitored computer. In the 'Account' tab click on 'Manage Registered Computers' button then select and remove the computer you no longer want to monitor.

Another option is to simply swipe the computer in the computer list for iOS or long press on Android. A delete option will appear.
