Syncing AAD to Pulseway with Users and not External Users made a complete mess.

I'm not an MSP but a tech for a business, I was onboarded back in Feb but they had this error where we could not integrate PSA and PW RMM from their end and so we lost all the information we learned from onboarding.

Fast forward to today and I'm finally able to connect the app registration from my AAD tenant to PSA and when I completed the mapping and finished the import it tried to give our 300+ users licenses and then proceeded to make them inactive along with users i already created for the team that will be using this.

I looked it up and no way to mass delete so if I disconnect the AAD will the contacts it synced also go away and then I'll have to recreate more users that it will inevitably delete like when I did the initial Sync?

I'm started to get annoyed at how one option in nowhere documented caused errors that cant be bulk fixed.

Hello,

I can't seem to find any documentation (or need) for monitoring Azure. I've checked the knowledge bases but nothing pop ups, even in the update change logs it doesnt seem to pop up. Only can find a instruction on how to set it up.

What does this module monitor in Azure?

Can't see Virtual Machines in the Pulseway app

Hi Guys! I'm struggling with monitoring VMs in the Azure subscriptions of some of our customers.. I got the connection going but can't seem to see any VMs in my Pulseway app.

I've uploaded the Pulseway generated management certificate, and can see the details of the subscription.

I've also added the account which we use for Azure management to the Access Control list in the subscription, giving Owner rights to all resources within that subscription.

The same account which I've used to import the certificate in Azure btw.

What am I missing?

I'm unable con configure Azure Server in Pulseway.

After creating certificate following manual procedure instruccions and uploading certificates to azure keeps showing attached error.

Server 2012 localized Spanish.

Add certificate in new Azure portal

I would like to monitor Windows Azure, but I don't know where to add the generated certificate in the new Azure portal.

In the Pulseway Manager it says:

Upload the certificate to the Windows Azure Management Portal:

- Log into the Management Portal and go to Settings

- Click Upload Certificate in Management Certificate section

I think this description is deprecated, because it referes to the old Azure portal. Maybe the developer should update the description in the next version of the Pulseway Manager.

Can anybody tell me where in the new portal I have to import the certificate?

Does this work on a non subscription account?

If so, I create the certificate and upload it but the expiry date on azure is always today...and the test connection button is never enabled.

Error adding subscription azure

im having 2 azure subscription.

I have added both in the pulseway software.

1 of the account goes ok, and i can see the running virtual machines.

the other account gives an error by adding the subscr. and when i presh the test button im getting an error:
