Hey @at26574 Thanks for reaching out, we should be be able to install those updates once you have that option selected in the screen shot, I believe though that if the updates are not related to the OS that it may need to be done through our Third Party Patching service.   5. I've been asked if it's possible to enable the option for receiving other Microsoft products in Windows Update. I looked at Pulseway's OS patch configuration and don't see an option for this. If I were to enable this option via registry/GPO, when Pulseway does OS updates would it also fetch the updates that this registry key/GPO would enable, or does it ignore those updates entirely?

  8. Setup resending notifications until cleared. Like resend notification for storage usage every 10 min for example until its within limits. Or when something is down, resend the notification. We do this with other tools in Pushover. It will keep sending alerts that go trough the silent settings of your device. So you know when there is a serious issue you need to look at it. Since one gets many notifications in a day things can be missed. Full disks or stopped servers/services. Should be to set repeated messages for example.

  15. Hi there, we have few settings applied to our machines through policies but notifications for services in stopped state never arrive. We checked the settings and the policy is apparently correctly applied to machines; the settings are: Monitored services are defined at agent level and we see them through Pulseway section accordingly. What we are missing are the notifications in case of more then 5 mins those services are stopped. What are we missing? Thanks for help.

Hey guys Hope some one can help - About 5 weeks ago my push notifications for when my PCs starts up stopped working - I get them for when they shut down - I have tried the usual un-installing the software, re-registering, validating - I find it strange that both the computers stopped at the same time with the notifications for start up I have sent a few sent emails to support but not getting any replies back for some reason - I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I may be overlooking something
  18. I am creating a C# program to fetch the "Last Boot Uptime" for all devices under a particular group with /v3/assets But the time format is inconsistent for some devices. Some are in 24hr format others in 12hr format, some has the weekday on it etc.. Except once pc all others are windows. I checked the datetime format in windows for two PC's that had different boot up time format in REST API result but both windows time formats were same. How to get a unified time format as the API result ?
  19. I'm trying to create an Ad-hoc workflow and every time I choose Scope as the context and click 'save' it changes the context to 'All Systems' regardless of what I actually chose. Is there something I'm not understanding about workflow context or is this a bug?

  24. Novice in PW. If you have 10 S1 customers. And say every customer has two pulseway-groups and every one needs its own token. Makes it 20 tokens. How do you script this in Pulseway with one script, if that is even possible? Or do you need one script per Pulseway-group? Using 1 custom-field holding all tokens (like an array)? Create one custom-field per pulsway-group holding one token? This is now on S1. But I guess this is a broader item when working with license keys per customer for one software title. Thx

So we don't currently have a filter in Service Desk to show this but you can go to Finance > Billing Review > Charges and do a search here to show all tickets/projects which has pending charges (not yet invoiced) Let me know if this helps and if you have any more questions please let me know!   28. Hey @Buckeyes Thanks for reaching out! The policy can be changed by navigating to Configuration > Organizations. Check if the policy is directly applied on the group or if it is inherited. The policy has to be removed from the org/site/agent group to apply the policy manually or move the endpoint which requires a new policy to a new agent group and apply new policy.   29. I have disabled all, but notification still comes, and not one but 2. From diffrent Emai Template, I try to dissable it to diagnsoe why I got 3 email every time.
