Service disruption for US customers

Some US-based SaaS customers have been experiencing service disruption  during Monday Jan 23. This has been caused by an ongoing storage issue. Our engineering team is working closely with our US hosting provider to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Note: This only impacts customers hosted in our US data center.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
